Flematec operates in a fast-paced production environment with many tasks that need to be coordinated across departments. Previously, much of the follow-up work was handled manually across different systems, making it time-consuming to keep everyone informed and ensure that the right information reached the right people at the right time.
Using Microsoft Power Platform, we built a Power Automate flow that automates the daily follow-up of production activities. Previously, the CEO had to manually review tasks, prioritize them, and distribute updates through Microsoft Teams. Today, this process runs automatically.
The solution uses APIs to collect tasks from multiple sources, evaluate their status, and distribute them directly into the Microsoft Teams channels where employees already work. This gives production teams real-time updates, while management always has full visibility—without the need for manual coordination.
