The Solution

Together, we developed a comprehensive solution built on Microsoft Power Platform.

The first component was automated document distribution. Using Power Automate, manual document generation and sending were replaced with a structured and secure process where documents are automatically generated based on system data, sent to the correct recipient from the appropriate sender, and logged for traceability and compliance. This reduces errors, saves time, and ensures consistent communication.

The second component was a project portal built in Power Apps. The portal brings project management, tasks, and documentation together in one place, with structured project creation, clear role assignment, automated notifications, and ongoing reporting. Everything is built within the bank’s existing Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring high security, control, and seamless integration with other systems.


The Result

Where significant time was previously spent on manual document distribution, project setup, and follow-up, processes are now automated and structured.

The result is less manual work, reduced operational risk, improved visibility, and faster execution. The team can focus more on value-creating work rather than administration.
